What You Will Need to Train

  • Gym membership with ability to Squat, Bench and Deadlift

  • Access to a Treadmill

  • Access to a shower or Bathtub

  • Ability to buy fresh grocery store foods

What Is Powerbuilding

This training style is a combination between bodybuilding and powerlifting that allows you to build lean muscle mass while simultaneously using your body's energy stores (Fat) so you can build a strong lean physique. If you couple this with high protein diets, you are on your way to reach phenomenal fitness

Recognizing that most men struggle, neglect and even don't care to tend to their physical health, Khari Loyal created the KINGS OF LEGACIES to create robust accountability fitness programs and community to change men's mindset and physical state. The past 10 years he spent time studying, training, and conquering his own physical fitness, winning multiple powerlifting competitions, completing multiple fitness certifications, while maintaining peak physical shape while working in the demanding Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry as a Scientist in the United States.

Online Fitness Coaching cost significantly less than personal training. Personal training requires high payments per session where Online coaching offers you a program over a long duration of time (Weeks to Months) with a greater quality of outcome if you fully participate

This Online Fitness Coaching program offers not only workout programs, nutrition plans are also implemented to make sure you get into the absolute best shape as possible.

Accountability 

You will have a personal Coach Available to speak with you 24/7 about anything related to your training program! Also, you become apart of a growing community.
